The Nike Air Max family gains a new member in spring 2015 with the addition of the Nike Air Max 1 Ultra Moire. The fresh silhouette features a completely new outsole, which compared to the original, uses less material that results in dramatically improved flexibility and reduced weight. On top of the outsole sits a synthetic suede, laser-perforated, one-piece upper inspired by the Nike Air Zoom Moire + from 2006, the first Nike+ enabled shoe.

Next year the Air Max 90 will celebrate its 25th anniversary. In honor of the milestone, Nike Sportswear will be rolling out a new version of the runner in the form of a “Cork” version, as well as bringing back one of the shoe’s most iconic iterations.With the colorway as popular as ever, the Nike Air Max 90 “Infrared” is officially slated for a re-release in 2015. The Nike runner has not been released in the classic colorway since 2010, so the anticipation will be high for the return of the coveted AM 90 sneaker.

Legends live forever and the Air Max 90 is no exception. A timeless running silhouette brought to life in 1990 by Tinker Hatfield, its legacy lives on around the world.

The new look maintains recognizable Air Max design language with hits of Infrared where it matters most. The toebox and ankle are both covered in off-white premium suede, creating a new look that still screams classic. Washed denim replaces the typically suede overlays and toecap, while a snakeskin-inspired Swoosh adds another subtle pop.
