Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal + Allergy – Amazingly Quiet!
I have many floor types in my townhouse including hardwood, carpeting, and ceramic tile. This Dyson Cinetic Big Ball really did a thorough cleaning on every surface I used it on. From all the dust it picked up off the hardwood, to the deep suction on the carpeting I was beyond impressed with its cleaning abilities. As a prior owner of a DC14 Drive, I can truly notice the difference in the dust removal, and the added ease of having no filters to wash or replace, makes this a great daily use machine.
Moving from room to room, is a snap for three reasons, 1. The extra long cord makes it able to clean the entire first floor without unplugging. 2. The Ball Technology, that allows access around corners and into tight spaces while moving around furniture, moves the unit with ease and little effort. 3. The lightweight design of vacuum makes it portable to carry to and from each floor of my house with no issues.
Lastly I like the multiple attachments included, mostly the Carbon Fiber soft dusting brush, for removing dust from my glass tables and entertainment system. The Reach Under tool is very useful for removing dust from baseboards with ease. I have yet to try the Multi-Angle brush or the Mattress Tool, but I’m sure they too are great at removing dust and allergens.
All of these reasons above plus the knowledge from owning many Dyson products including the DC59 Motorhead and a AM05 Hot + Cool Fan Heater, make me a loyal Dyson customer for life, and the addition of the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball, solidifies my belief that they produce the most superior products in both quality and technology.
One last note, the customer and warranty services are by far the most painless to deal with, and simply add another level satisfaction to their products.
