After attending Rihanna’s “Last Girl on Earth” Tour last night at the United Center in Chicago, it clearly reminded me how much different things were just less than 2 years ago… kinda crazy how things change…

Sometimes the sun gives you a second to capture the moment, and thankfully the burbs gives me many opportunities to try and grab one…I love the end of summer…

I was able to shoot the Chicago Air & Water Show from both Gary Airport (Saturday) and Lake Michigan (Sunday). Overall I took over 2500 pics and I am still sorting out the best ones, but it was also my first attempt at a giant panoramic shot of the city and beaches during the airshow. The end result was made up of 14 total pictures and the file is over 20 ft. wide. This small JPEG really doesn’t do this image justice, but you can click for a slightly larger version. 6′ wide posters of this shot might even be available soon….check back..
